Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large roasting pan or cast iron. Melt and mix all other ingredients together in separate bowl. Once melted pour yumminess over the dry goods small amounts at a time and stir, toss, stir.
Bake it for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes at 200F stirring every fifteen minutes. Oh, and try not to eat it all in one day.
* If you can find maple flavored corn Chex… it’s all the better!
